Accountable for:

·       Enhancing collection and reduce the delinquency ratios in Personal, Housing, and Auto loans, as well as credit cards.

·       Identifying reasons of delinquency, and communicate them to all related department in order to reconsider the policies and processes of granting loans / credit cards.

·       Following up the delinquent customers according to the banks policies, instructions and the daily collection reports to collect the delinquent loans.

·       Studying the customers files ,who are required to be sent to the Credit Recovery Department.

·       Following up the visa reports which hadnt paid to cover the required amounts through the Central Bank allowed period - 90 days - before classifying the account and following it.

·       Making field visits for the delinquent customers who have been getting great amounts of loans to guarantee a kind of communication with them.

·       Ensure completing of customers files documents that are diverted to the Credit recovery Department.

·       Arrange with centralization operation unit to discount the available amount in customers accounts that are authorized to restrict and assure the availability of the amounts.

 

Job Requirements:

·       Min. 1-2 years experience in a related field

·       Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Finance or Economics from a reputable university.

·       Fluency in English is a must

·       Excellent Communication and Time Mgt. Skills
