About the job
Job Responsibilities
·
Prepare company reports needed for decision making
·
Support management in different tasks
·
Communicate with clients if needed
·
Maintain meeting records for the management
·
Answer phone calls and take messages as necessary
·
Develop and maintain a filing system
·
Follow up and submit reports from various
departments as needed
·
Support and facilitate the completion / submission
of regular reports
·
Handle confidential documents and ensure they
remain secure
·
Arrange and schedule appointments meetings and
events.
·
Organize meetings take notes and deliver minutes of
meeting to all parties involved
·
Prepare facilities and arrange for refreshments for
events if required
·
Assist supervisors and staff with company projects
and tasks
·
Implement administrative procedures
·
Arrange for the transport of products to clients
partners and suppliers as needed
·
Create excel sheets as requested
·
Responsible for Petty cash
·
Responsible for office supplies and equipments
·
Interface with outsource suppliers and clients
Job Requirements
·
Bachelor Degree in relevant field
·
Experience 1-3 Years
·
Work experience as an Executive Assistant Personal
Assistant or similar role
·
Excellent MS Office knowledge
·
Outstanding organizational and time management
skills
·
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
(e.g. e-calendars)
·
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
·
Discretion and confidentiality
Industry: Accounting &Financial Services
Working Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Weekends: Friday-Sauterday
