Job Description
Work with the HR Account Manager and the HR Business Partner to analyze, collect and consolidate the recruitment needs of the Line of business.
Ensure that all hires are within the assigned budgets and approved through the appropriate delegated signatories.
Collaborate with the HR Account Manager to identify future hiring needs and Key positions to proactively source potential hires.
Coordinate with the HR Account Manager to select and identify new recruitment channels and the employment fairs for future needs.
Develop a network of potential calibers and industry professionals to help build a strong pool of candidates adopting an agile approach to the recruitment process.
Use different sourcing options including networking, headhunting and the use of social media investigating and implementing new ideas to find passive candidate.
Personal Skills
Bachelors Degree in any discipline preferably in Computer science or MIS
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent command of English
Technical Skills
Experience in Recruitment
