  • Reporting & Analysis with the aim of guiding the team to the best results on the merchants, captains and suppliers sides.
  • Invoicing & Trips reconciliation with merchants.
  • Handling escalations and negotiations with merchants and suppliers.
  • Planning for growth and cost optimization in coordination with the Operation Manager.

SKILL SETS

  • High Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Advanced Analytical Skills
  • Advanced Excel
  • SQL is a plus
  • Ability to manage stress and workload
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in relevant field
