Job Description

Raya Smart Buildings, subsidiary of Raya holding for financial investments announced the job of AR accountant, below are the duties:

1. Maintain the billing system accurate up to date 

2. Make sure all tenants contracts submitted in property management and working automated without any manual transaction or human intervention

3. Handle for the company revenue drivers operations (Finance prospective), reviewing the issued invoices, cash collection

4. Generate invoices and account statements. Perform account reconciliations. Follow up & post WHT certificates collection from customers

Skills

- Bachelor degree in accounting 

- At least two years of experience 

- CMA is a plus

- Fluent in English
