Job description
- Moderate and handle Customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
- Make some phone calls to handle Customers inquiries
- Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes
- Familiarity with telephone techniques and skills.
Requirement:
- University Degree
- No experience is required.
- Good communication skills.
- Good writing skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and word
