Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support the daily operations of the store.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

- Assist in staff performance monitoring and provide coaching when needed.

- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for reordering.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.

- Train and onboard new team members.

- Ensure commercial requests, including transfers in/out, are processed in a timely manner.

- Plan, organize, and manage time efficiently to meet store objectives.

- Foster a positive and culturally aware work environment.


Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in classic fashion retail in a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Outstanding time management, planning, and organizational skills.

- Professional appearance and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic environments and handle various customer profiles.

- Solid commercial understanding and awareness of retail business drivers.

- Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
