Job Description

• Sherkety is looking for an experienced and visionary Senior UX Designer to lead the design of user-centered web and mobile applications, while also contributing to the branding and visual identity of our startup ecosystem. From intuitive CRM/ERP interfaces to impactful brochures and presentations, your work will directly shape how entrepreneurs interact with our platform and perceive our brand.
• This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 4 years of UX/UI experience who thrives in cross-functional teams and wants to make a real difference in the Egyptian startup scene.

 

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the UX design process for Sherkety's core products, including web and mobile platforms.
• Design seamless, accessible, and modern user interfaces and flows for complex business tools like CRMs and ERPs.
• Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes using Figma or similar tools.
• Create cohesive marketing visuals such as brochures, pitch decks, landing pages, and digital assets.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure design alignment across functions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuous iteration based on feedback and data.
• Maintain and evolve our design system and brand identity.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally with SaaS platforms, business tools, or startup products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX work across web, mobile, and branded materials.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Proven ability to balance user needs with business goals in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing for ERP, CRM, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Branding/identity experience including logo and stationery design.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) for better dev collaboration.
