 Role Description

We are seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist for a full-time hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The successful candidate will engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer insurance solutions, including health and life insurance products. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, providing tailored insurance recommendations, handling client interactions to ensure satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role entails building strong client relationships and working closely with the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.

 Qualifications

Proven expertise in Insurance Sales, including knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques

Strong understanding of Insurance, Health Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage

Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships

Experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with regulations relevant to the role

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in analyzing customers' insurance needs to recommend appropriate solutions
