Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rai for an FMCG Food Salesperson. Responsibilities include generating sales, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s wide range of high-quality food products. The role involves visiting customers, analyzing market and sales trends, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets to enhance the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the FMCG sector, with a focus on food products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities, and develop strategic sales initiatives.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with Kuwait’s market and fluency in Arabic and English are preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
