• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules for essential materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of raw materials.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to align material supply with project timelines and specifications.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in procurement and logistics activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, and inventory transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the procurement and logistics functions.
• Resolve any issues related to material quality, delivery delays, or logistics disruptions in a proactive manner.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MUST HAVE experience in Construction Chemicals - Admixtures and Building Materials
• 4-6 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with ODOO will be a preferred 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of local and international sourcing practices is an advantage.
