This is an internal hire for Palm Outsourcing. You’ll be joining our core team, helping shape how we run talent acquisition and recruiting operations as we scale.

Opportunity Overview

You’ll work closely with our team to strengthen outbound sourcing, pipeline hygiene, candidate experience, and the day-to-day recruiting engine that drives our results. Role Description


We’re hiring a Talent & Operations Executive to join Palm’s internal team. If you’re proactive, organised, and a fast learner who’s happy to get your hands dirty, work across different tools/systems, and take ownership of outcomes, this could be the role for you. You’ll focus on outbound headhunting, screening, candidate follow-up, scheduling, and keeping our pipelines exceptionally clean. You’ll also support recruiting operations as needed helping us build repeatable processes, reduce manual steps, and improve how we run hiring day-to-day. This role offers strong growth in a high-ownership, high-support environment where great work is noticed and rewarded.



Key Responsibilities


Headhunting: Build and maintain pipelines for priority roles, ensuring we have qualified candidates for all niche roles.

Sourcing & outreach: Use LinkedIn and other channels to source and engage candidates, write strong outreach, and manage follow-ups with persistence and professionalism.

Inbox ownership: Manage the mailbox end-to-end, triage, tagging, responding within agreed SLAs, and routing candidates correctly.

Job posting & distribution: Post roles where needed, ensure listings are consistent, and keep role information accurate across channels.

Screening & progression: Run structured screens, keep notes/scorecards organised, and progress candidates through trial tasks and interview stages.

Candidate follow-up: Actively manage candidates between the different stages, clarifying, and keeping momentum high.

Pipeline hygiene & systems building: Keep candidate tracking clean across our systems, maintain structured data, and proactively suggest workflow/process improvements.

Ad hoc & ops support: Support the team with operational tasks as required, while maintaining high standards and speed.



Minimum Qualifications


1–2 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.

Confident sourcer/headhunter: Comfortable proactively finding candidates and persuading them to enter a process.

Strong communication skills: Fluent written and spoken English; outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable getting on calls to convert candidates.

Organised with excellent attention to detail: Able to keep stages, notes, and candidate data clean and consistent across systems.

High ownership & pace: Proactive, self-starting, and motivated by growth and great work; able to move quickly without dropping quality.

Uses AI regularly: Uses AI to draft outreach, summarise CVs, create shortlists, and maintain structured candidate notes (while validating outputs).

Tool agility: Comfortable learning new tools quickly and working across multiple systems day-to-day.



Bonus Qualifications


Agency recruiting experience: Prior exposure to outbound-heavy delivery and fast turnaround expectations.

Remote startup experience: Comfortable with autonomy, async work, and building as you go.

Mass hiring experience: Able to handle volume while maintaining quality and process hygiene.

Recruiting ops/process building: Experience creating SOPs, scorecards, templates, and SLAs to improve repeatability and speed.
