We are a leading staffing and recruitment firm, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent in a variety of industries.
About the Role
This is an agency 360-degree recruitment position, not internal HR or Talent Acquisition. You’ll run your own sales-focused desk with autonomy, responsible for the entire recruitment cycle—from winning new clients to billing and candidate placements.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Win new clients through networking, cold calling, and sales-first strategies.
- Full Billing Ownership: Originate job orders, source, and place candidates.
- Build & Expand Desk: Develop your client portfolio in Tech, SaaS, and Digital sectors, consistently bill at a high level.
- Headhunting & Closing: Source and manage high-performing sales candidates (Account Executives, BDMs, Sales Directors), guiding them from interview to offer negotiation.
- P&L Ownership: Manage and grow revenue for your desk, focusing on high-margin business.
Qualifications
- Agency Experience: 3-5+ years as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within an agency environment.
- Proven Billing Success: Must show a track record of personal billing and revenue generation.
- Hunter Mentality: Thrives on sales, business development, and client acquisition.
- Commercial Acumen: Target-driven, money-motivated, and knows how to build a profitable recruitment desk.
- Specialization: Preferably experienced in Sales, SaaS, or Technology recruitment, specifically with a network of sales candidates.
