Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage all internal purchasing activities and develop operational purchasing plans.
- Manage and execute tenders and practices in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Follow up on the procurement cycle from purchase requests to contracting and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate best prices and terms.
- Analyze markets and pricing trends to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
- Lead, manage, and develop the purchasing team and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with different departments to meet operational needs efficiently.
- Prepare periodic purchasing reports and submit them to senior management.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of purchasing policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in purchasing, with proven experience as a Purchasing Manager.
- Strong and proven experience in tenders and bidding processes.
- Extensive experience in the local Egyptian market, especially Alexandria.
- Full knowledge of the procurement documentation cycle.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills with experience in team management.
- Excellent negotiation, market analysis, and supplier evaluation skills.
- Ability to analyze markets and develop effective purchasing strategies.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Relevant university degree.
- Must be a resident of Alexandria.
- Age between 45 and 55 years.
- Previous experience must be within Alexandria.
