Own and optimize the onboarding journey starting post app launch until account creation (excluding media acquisition).

- Drive the conversion rate improvement across all funnel steps (e.g., welcome screen, KYC flow, document upload, account confirmation).

- Set and achieve commercial KPIs related to customer onboarding, including monthly account creation targets.

- Analyze behavioral data and funnel analytics (e.g., drop-off points) to generate actionable insights.

- Collaborate with product, design, compliance, and tech teams to simplify user journeys and remove friction.

- Lead continuous UX/UI enhancements and A/B testing initiatives to boost onboarding efficiency.

- Benchmark onboarding flows with regional and global digital banks and propose innovation and simplification ideas.

- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met while maintaining a smooth user experience.

- Prepare and present performance reports with insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Drive customer communications with omni-channel approach to reach customers for additional for customer dependencies (pending docs, info.)للتقديم الان
