1. Manage and oversee all purchasing activities for local and imported materials.
2. Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with production and business needs.
3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure optimal terms.
4. Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers in the confectionery industry.
5. Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and machinery spare parts.
6. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Finance departments to align on materials and budgets.
7. Monitor market trends, price changes, and supplier performance.
8. Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and legal regulations.
