Job Description
- Contact with clients to follow our service and to check the problems which they faced by using the devices .
- Preparing the sheets of all data .
- Determine the department which responsible to solve the client's problems ( Maintenance or Sales ) and follow with client until solving the problems .
- Responsible for the training of engineers on the devices
- Preparing the files of training
- Attend the the training from the companies of new devices .
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of biomedical or electrical engineering ( 2023 to 2024).
- 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance of medical equipment.
- Good communication skills.
- Candidates must be residents of Giza
