We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Payments and Transfers within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices across cross‑functional teams, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, scalable, and secure payment solutions. This role requires deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and financial transaction systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams working on Payments and Transfer solutions.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog prioritization and alignment with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices, team collaboration, and delivery efficiency.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and risk management policies.
• Partner with stakeholders across technology, operations, and business units to deliver seamless payment experiences.
• Monitor and report on sprint progress, KPIs, and delivery outcomes to leadership.
• Support integration of payment gateways, transfer systems, and core banking platforms.
• Mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong background in banking and financial services, specifically Payments and Transfers.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Deep knowledge of payment systems, transaction processing, SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, and real‑time transfers.
• Familiarity with core banking systems.
• Experience working with cross‑border payments and regulatory compliance (AML, KYC, PCI DSS).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  
• Certification preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master.
