Job Description
- Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations (raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods)
- Oversee transportation, distribution, and fleet management activities
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales teams
- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service level and delivery performance
- Manage relationships with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
- Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with delivery schedules
- Handle import/export operations, customs clearance, and related documentation
- Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare performance and cost reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local/international logistics standards
- Lead and develop the logistics team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in logistics management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of transportation, distribution, and supply chain operations.
- Experience with import/export procedures and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
