🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Lead full stack implementation of new features and product lines in a Rails webapp
• Upgrade core systems and contribute to Sirdab’s long-term technical architecture
• Build scalable, maintainable code with Hotwire/Turbo/Stimulus
• Review code, mentor peers, and help establish strong engineering practices
• Collaborate with product and design to translate business requirements into robust solutions
• Contribute to tech evaluations, tooling improvements, and platform-wide refactoring efforts

🔹 What Makes You a Fit:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years working with Ruby on Rails and building REST APIs
• Working knowledge of frontend development and willingness to own full-stack tasks
• Eagerness to master Rails tools like Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus within the first 90 days
• Strong product thinking — you care about impact and user value
• Passion for solving complex problems and driving structure in ambiguous environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Bonus: Logistics or supply chain tech experience
