Job Description

• Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations (raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods)
• Oversee transportation, distribution, and fleet management activities
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales teams
• Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service level and delivery performance
• Manage relationships with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with delivery schedules
• Handle import/export operations, customs clearance, and related documentation
• Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare performance and cost reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local/international logistics standards
• Lead and develop the logistics team

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 13 years of experience in logistics management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, distribution, and supply chain operations.
• Experience with import/export procedures and customs regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
