Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Sales – Fresh position. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The responsibilities include maintaining updated knowledge about the real estate market, making presentations to potential clients, negotiating and closing deals, advising clients on market conditions, conducting property inspections, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires proactive communication with clients to understand their specific needs and offer tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate principles
• Experience or strong interest in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills with a client-focused approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a rela
