Job Purpose

Ensure accurate product costing, effective cost control, and reliable financial analysis across manufacturing

operations to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze actual vs. standard production costs.

• Analyze and explain cost variances (price, quantity, production).

• Support month-end closing and cost allocation activities.

• Review distribution and assessment cycles.

• Monitor activity rates (labor, machine, maintenance, overheads).

• Review production orders and cost absorption.

• Ensure accuracy of cost-related master data (BOMs, routings, cost centers).

• Prepare clear cost reports and dashboards.

• Support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

• Strong manufacturing cost accounting knowledge.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• SAP experience is a plus (SAP HANA, CO, Material Ledger).

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in Costing or Controlling within manufacturing companies.

• Multi-factory experience is an advantage.
