Job Description
The Job holder is required to reconcile GL accounts, Monitor the ageing and effective tracking & control the reconciliations unit tasks.
Responsibilities
- General Leger account and bank Account reconciliation must perform as per TAT.
- Exceptions need to actioned proactively avoiding any service impact and financial losses.
- Follow up all clients requests raised via Email, CRM cases
- Report daily reconciliation sheets to NI Finance reporting aging for aged amounts
- Adhere all the SLAs and compliance policies.
Maintained the daily check list and manage the backup task in absence of any recon team member.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education qualifications.
Experience
- 1+ years of card operations, back office operations and account reconciliation experience.
Knowledge/Skills
- Exposure to card management systems.
- Knowledge in Accounting.
- Excellent MS Office Excel knowledge.
- Good English communication skills (reading & writing).
- Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and team working skills.
