Job Purpose

  • focuses on maximizing fee income, improving client retention, and positioning the bank as a leader in transaction services including payments, collections, liquidity management, and digital channels.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to recommend suitable cash management products.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for cash management solutions in large or complex accounts.
  • Propose end-to-end transaction banking solutions, including payables, receivables, liquidity pooling, and digital banking tools.
  • Customize product structures to meet client cash flow, automation, and working capital needs.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers, Treasury, Operations, and Product teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, pricing, and implementation with client service and operations teams.
  • Provide feedback to product development on customer needs and innovation opportunities.

Support new product launches and pilot implementations.


Job specification


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience

  • 5–8 years in corporate banking, GTB, or cash management sales roles.
