The Manager – Training role sits within the Learning & Development function and is responsible for implementing the L&D strategy across the business. The role focuses on training needs analysis, learning design and delivery, L&D operations, and close partnership with business stakeholders to build capability at all levels.Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesSalary: up to AED 40,000 (all inclusive)Employment: Full time, Onsite, 5 days a weekKey ResponsibilitiesConduct training needs analysis (TNA) across departmentsDesign, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programsManage end-to-end L&D operations, including planning, delivery, and reportingOversee L&D budgets, vendor management, and procurement activitiesPartner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational needsManage digital learning platforms and learning technologiesTrack training effectiveness, ROI, and reporting metricsKey RequirementsUAE National (mandatory)Minimum 8 years’ experience in Learning & DevelopmentAt least 2 years independently managing the L&D function in a medium to large organization or business unitStrong experience in TNA, instructional design, facilitation, and L&D operationsProven experience managing L&D budgets, vendors, and procurementHands-on experience with learning platforms (e.g. Oracle Fusion, LinkedIn Learning, or similar)Strong stakeholder management and internal consulting capabilityExcellent English communication skillsHigh proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and modern L&D technologiesPrior team management experience
