Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Hurghada. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with hospitality industry standards. Tasks include conducting quality audits, developing and implementing quality policies and procedures, collaborating with various departments to enhance service standards, monitoring key metrics, and providing training to maintain adherence to quality protocols. The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Quality Assurance and Control processes specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills with the ability to train and guide staff.
  • Experience in performing quality audits as well as implementing and maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in managing data, monitoring key performance metrics, and generating actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance roles in the hospitality industry is an asset.
