That Muzr – International Trade, Import/Export & Commercial Brokerage

That Muzr is seeking a Senior Trade Finance & Commercial Structuring Manager to lead and manage high-value international trade transactions involving strategic commodities.

This role is critical to ensuring banking compliance, contractual integrity, and risk-free execution of complex cross-border deals, particularly in regulated and protected markets.

• Structure, review, and manage Letters of Credit (L/C) in compliance with UCP 600 & ISBP
• Coordinate directly with local and international banks
• Anticipate and mitigate AML, compliance, and trade finance risks

• Lead the structuring of international trade agreements, cooperation agreements, and value-added commercial arrangements
• Ensure strict separation between customs value and post-sale commercial settlements
• Maintain full consistency across contracts, invoices, and banking documents

• Manage exposure related to:
• Anti-dumping
• Trade defense measures
• Regulatory scrutiny
• Prepare professional responses to bank or compliance inquiries
• Enforce strict discipline in written and verbal commercial communication

• Act as the central point between:
• Sellers
• Buyers
• Banks
• Legal advisors
• Internal management
• Ensure accurate execution timelines and documentation flow

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• International Trade
• Business Administration
• Finance
• Law
• Strong advantage:
• MBA
• Trade Finance certifications (ICC, UCP 600, ISBP)

• 10–15 years of proven experience in:
• Trade finance
• International import/export structuring
• Direct experience managing transactions:
• Exceeding USD 20M
• In regulated or protected markets
