ArabicCreators.com is a marketplace connecting brands and agencies with UGC creators and influencers across the Arab world. We're building the go-to platform for Arabic-language creator marketing.

The Role

You'll be our first hire, responsible for building our creator base from the ground up. Your primary focus is finding and signing Arabic-speaking UGC creators and influencers onto the platform. You'll also support business development by helping bring in agencies and brands.

This is a high-volume outreach role. You'll spend most of your day in DMs, emails, and calls – hunting for talent and closing them.

What You'll Do

Creator Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Scout and sign UGC creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat
• Run outreach campaigns via DM, email, and WhatsApp
• Onboard creators and help them build strong profiles on our platform
• Build relationships with creator communities, talent managers, and MCNs across MENA
• Create scalable outreach systems: templates, tracking sheets, referral programs
• Hit weekly and monthly sign-up targets

Client Outreach (Secondary Focus)

• Support outreach to agencies, e-commerce brands, and marketing teams
• Help with discovery calls and demos
• Build prospect lists and manage pipeline alongside the founder

Target Markets

Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and other Arabic-speaking countries.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in outreach, sales, recruitment, or influencer marketing
• Comfortable sending 50+ cold messages a day
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and the Arab creator landscape
• Highly organized – able to manage hundreds of conversations without dropping balls
• Self-starter who doesn't need supervision

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with creators or talent managers in MENA
• Experience with content creation
• Experience with CRM tools or outreach automation
• Background in a marketplace, agency, or creator economy company

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance bonuses tied to creator sign-ups and client acquisition
