Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Freelance HR Recruitment role based in Qesm El Nozha. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves collaborating with team leads to understand hiring needs, developing recruitment strategies, conducting job interviews, and facilitating employee training sessions as necessary. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with candidates and managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members
• Experience in Training and development initiatives
• Organizational and time-management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with human resource software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
