We are seeking a proactive and service-driven Associate Manager of Community Management to support the setup, stabilization, and day-to-day technical coordination of community operations, ensuring a smooth transition into occupancy and a positive resident experience..
Responsibilities:
- Support community setup, operational readiness, and early occupancy phases.
- Coordinate with FM providers, service contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor community infrastructure, shared facilities, and common areas.
- Address residents’ technical concerns related to community services.
- Support resident communication regarding services, access, and community regulations.
- Ensure alignment between community operations, technical CRM, and delivery teams.
- Support transition to full FM operations and community stabilization.
- Conduct periodic site visits with clients as required.
- Support residents’ finishing works through permits, coordination, and technical guidance in line with approved policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Architectural Engineering experience in community management, property management, or customer experience in real estate.
- 7-10 years of Experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage conflicts professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and community management software (CRM is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
