About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Legal, HR & Government Relations Manager to manage the company’s legal affairs, employee relations, and coordination with governmental and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage legal matters related to labor law, contracts, and compliance.
Handle complex employee relations cases and disciplinary actions.
Oversee relationships with governmental entities and manage inspections and filings.
Oversee payroll, social insurance, and medical insurance processes (approval & compliance level).
Support management in sensitive or escalated situations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
Proven experience dealing with governmental authorities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and negotiation skills.
