Job Description

17+ years of overall IT experience.

Strong early-career background in software development.

7+ years in program or large-scale delivery management roles.

Proven experience delivering data platforms or analytics programs in BFSI.

Technical Skills (Must Have)

Data Lakehouse architectures

Data integration and ETL frameworks

Data warehousing fundamentals

Hands-on exposure (past or present) to:

.NET/Informatica/SSIS or similar Tech stack development

Data modeling (star schema, facts, dimensions)

Cloud and on-prem hybrid environments

Basic infrastructure concepts

Good to have

Experience with:

Agile / SAFe / POD delivery models

Data governance and metadata management

BI and reporting tools

Exposure to:

DevOps / CI-CD concepts

Modern data stacks (Spark, Hadoop, cloud data warehouses)
