Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, E-commerce, Contracting, or Distribution in a tourism company or hotel.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data cleaning).

Knowledge of revenue management techniques (dynamic pricing, yield management, forecasting).

Familiarity with RMS, PMS, CRS, and online distribution tools.

Understanding of hotel/tourism KPIs: ADR, RevPAR, Pickup, Booking Window, Conversion Rate.

Ability to analyze large datasets and generate insights.

Good knowledge of market benchmarking tools (e.g., Rate Shopper, STR).

Analytical & Strategic Skills

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Ability to interpret trends, demand patterns, and competitor behavior.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to suggest actionable recommendations.

Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data validation.

Communication & Coordination Skills

Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to coordinate with contracting, reservations, sales, and e-commerce teams.

Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Organizational & Operational Skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong time-management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.

Quick decision-making in dynamic market conditions.
