Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a BIM Coordinator located in Giza. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and ensuring project deliverables meet quality and scope requirements. Daily tasks will include creating and managing 3D models, collaborating with various project teams, analyzing and resolving design conflicts, and maintaining efficient workflows. The BIM Coordinator will work closely with the BIM Unit, engineers, and schedulers to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM Modeling, 3D design tools, and interoperability between modeling software
• Excellent Experience with Autodesk Revit
• Strong ability to coordinate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors
• Proficiency in problem-solving, technical analysis, and resolving design clashes
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Mechanical Power, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Giza and collaborate effectively with a diverse team
• Relevant BIM certifications are an advantage
