Training Description:

Develop sales policies, oversee their implementation, evaluate outcomes, and prepare, present, and maintain specialized sales-related documentation and reports.

Training Responsibilities:

• Study and monitor market developments; define and develop sales and marketing objectives and sales methods; estimate projected sales volumes; and translate objectives into actionable sales plans.
• Propose sales policies; monitor the implementation of sales policies and methods; and develop and evaluate promotional programs.
• Communicate with customers to identify their needs and challenges, and monitor competitors and their sales programs to mitigate potential future risks.
• Evaluate the performance of sales representatives; assess the achievement of sales targets; and propose corrective plans and actions.
• Prepare specialized sales documents and reports; provide appropriate recommendations and effective solutions; present and clarify findings; and maintain records in the designated database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Training Duration:

• 6 months

Training Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Saudi National
• Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months
• Good command of written and spoken English
