  • Promote and sell insurance products (Life, Medical, etc.) to individuals and corporate clients.
  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions accordingly.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on renewals and endorsements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth policy issuance.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company procedures.
  • Handle client inquiries and support claims follow-up when required.
  • Build long-term relationships to maximize retention and cross-selling opportunities.
  • 1.5 Months training (Paid) – training will be in Cairo for all the candidates (No accommodation provided for the Alexandria candidates)


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Pharmacy is a Plus

Entry-level & Fresh grad.
