Job Description
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery and shipment of goods.
- Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, or delays, and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Prepare and analyze warehouse performance reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
Job Requirements
- 4-7 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under urgent or shifting priorities as needed.
