You will play a critical role in protecting a high-load, cloud-native fintech environment that brings together banking, payments, and digital financial products in one secure and compliant ecosystem.

With 150+ specialists (and growing fast) across Vilnius, Kyiv, Lisbon, and Dubai, we operate as a truly international organisation. This role is remote-first, with close collaboration across engineering, platform, and product teams. As Tech Lead SecOps, you will have direct impact on how security is designed, implemented, and lived across the company.

Engineering Environment

• Cloud: AWS (multi-account, multi-region)
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm
• CI/CD: Cloud-native pipelines with security tooling embedded
• Applications: Golang-based microservices
• Security Tooling: SAST/DAST, container scanning, dependency scanning, monitoring & alerting
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, centralized logging

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Own and drive the SecOps strategy across cloud infrastructure, applications, and development workflows
• Build and lead the SecOps function, defining the security roadmap, standards, and best practices
• Design, implement, and maintain secure AWS environments (IAM, networking, WAF, encryption, monitoring)
• Establish and evolve secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices in close collaboration with engineering teams
• Implement and improve security tooling across CI/CD, cloud, and runtime environments
• Define and enforce policies for identity and access management, secrets handling, and key rotation
• Lead incident response, security investigations, and post-incident reviews
• Own vulnerability management processes, from detection to remediation
• Drive infrastructure and application hardening initiatives
• Conduct security reviews for architecture, infrastructure, and code changes
• Mentor engineers and promote a strong security-first culture across teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, SecOps, or Cloud Security roles
• Strong expertise in AWS security (IAM, networking, WAF, KMS, encryption, monitoring)
• Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes-based environments
• Solid understanding of CI/CD security and DevSecOps practices
• Experience with security scanning tools (SAST/DAST, container and dependency scanning)
• Strong knowledge of networking and security fundamentals
• Proven experience with incident response and vulnerability management
• Leadership experience, either as a team lead or security owner across multiple teams
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Upper-intermediate or fluent English
