Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist based in Cairo. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing debt collections, ensuring timely cash collection, and handling customer service inquiries related to payments. They will also collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and assist in resolving disputes effectively and professionally.

Qualifications

• Sales or collections experience.
• FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKERS ( B2+/ C1).
• Undergraduate, with no commitments s are welcome to apply.
