Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for an Entry-Level Property Advisor. The Property Advisor will assist clients in making informed real estate decisions by providing expert advice on property management and investment opportunities. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing accurate and timely property information, coordinating property viewings, and facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their inquiries
• Basic understanding or willingness to develop expertise in Property Management and Investments
• Knowledge of Finance to support clients in making sound real estate investment decisions
• Self-motivation, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
