JOB PURPOSE

Looking for an experienced Senior Application Support (L2) professional to join our team! If you have a strong background in supporting integration and digital applications, we’d love to hear from you.

- Handle escalated incidents from L1 with detailed technical analysis.

- Configure and integrate systems for new clients and partners.

- Collaborate with DevOps on deployments, automation, and monitoring.

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot advanced issues.

- Apply containerization basics (Docker, Kubernetes awareness).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

. Education: Degree in Computer & Information Sciences, Computer Engineering, or related.

. Experience: 2–6 years in Application Support (preferably fintech).

. Strong Linux (Basics + OpenShift), SQL, and API troubleshooting skills.

. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, containers, Nginx, and cloud platforms.

. Experience with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, ElasticSearch and Jira).

. Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively across teams.

. Languages: English – Excellent/Fluent
