Private client seeking an experienced sports massage therapist for frequent sessions. Focus on recovery, mobility, injury prevention, and performance using advanced techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, and corrective manual work. Hands-on skill with deep muscles, including the psoas, is essential. This is not a relaxation/spa role.

Role Description

• Deliver tailored sports massage using deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, and corrective manual techniques
• Address muscular imbalances, postural issues, and movement restrictions
• Perform focused work on deep structures, including the psoas
• Provide guidance on recovery, mobility, and performance maintenance
• Maintain a professional, discreet, and safe treatment environment
• Manage +2 hour sessions efficiently and consistently

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sports massage therapist
• Advanced knowledge of anatomy and muscle function relevant to sports massage
• Hands-on expertise in deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, and corrective manual techniques
• Demonstrated ability to treat deep muscles, including the psoas
• Strong understanding of recovery, injury prevention, and performance-focused bodywork
• Professional, reliable, and discreet
