  • Manage daily office administration and correspondence.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, letters, and document filing.
  • Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and official documents.
  • Organize calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Maintain records, contracts, and confidential documents.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including monitoring inventory levels, ordering replacements as needed, and ensuring that all resources are adequately stocked.
  • Manage employee-related activities and programs, coordinate with restaurants, hotels, and events, and handle any related requests, ensuring they are well-organized and effectively meet their objectives.
  • Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates in alignment with business requirements and management requirements.
  • Monitor employee attendance and timekeeping, and prepare monthly reports including leave balances.
  • May Attend mainly indoor meetings and outdoor if any when required and take meeting minutes if needed.
  • Visit government offices when required to complete procedures if any.
  • Handle governmental insurance and social insurance registrations.
