Sales Administrator is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by managing day-to-day operations, maintaining data integrity in the Salesforce CRM system, and providing analytical insights through regular reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for leads, prospects, and clients.
- Follow-up on the Company’s system (CRM) and ensure all data is entered, ensuring all client data, unit availability, and sales activities are accurately recorded.
- Manages and updates the database as requested.
- Track lead lifecycle stages and assist in lead distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels (available units) and update sales teams on project status and availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A
