Sales Administrator is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by managing day-to-day operations, maintaining data integrity in the Salesforce CRM system, and providing analytical insights through regular reporting.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for leads, prospects, and clients.
  • Follow-up on the Company’s system (CRM) and ensure all data is entered, ensuring all client data, unit availability, and sales activities are accurately recorded.
  • Manages and updates the database as requested.
  • Track lead lifecycle stages and assist in lead distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels (available units) and update sales teams on project status and availability.
