- Manage trainee pools and follow up on daily progress and participation
- Administer and moderate WhatsApp groups and other communication channels
- Share program updates, session links, materials, and respond to participants’ inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate and attend online and offline training sessions
- Handle operational procurement in line with project needs and internal protocols
- Conduct call center operations and follow up with assigned leads
- Use CRM and tracking tools (Excel, Coda, etc.) for documentation and follow-up
- Track participant engagement and ensure alignment with project KPIs
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team
