rading Co. is seeking a proactive and well-connected Public Relations Officer to strengthen our presence in Suez and support our maritime and logistics operations. The role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, port stakeholders, suppliers, and targeted audiences while managing professional communication and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Outreach:

• Draft, send, and follow up on professional emails to clients, partners, port authorities, and service providers
• Act as a communication bridge between the company and external stakeholders
• Handle inquiries and maintain timely, clear, and professional correspondence

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
• Identify and connect with targeted audiences relevant to ship agency, marine services, and logistics
• Support client visits, meetings, and on-site coordination when required

Public Relations and Brand Representations:

• Represent Moon Navigation and Trading Co. professionally in Suez ports and related locations
• Maintain a positive company image through direct interaction and communication
• Assist in coordinating meetings, introductions, and networking activities

Client Support:

• Support commercial and operations teams with client communication
• Follow up on quotations, service updates, and client feedback
• Help strengthen long-term client relationships and retention

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Public Relations, Client Relations, or Communication (preferably in maritime, logistics, or shipping)
• Strong email writing and professional communication skills (English required; Arabic is a must)
• Good interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to work on-site in Suez and interact confidently with clients and authorities
• Organized, presentable, and proactive personality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of shipping, ship agency, port operations, or logistics
• Existing connections or familiarity with Suez port environment
• Ability to work independently
