Job Description

• Oversee daily plant operations and ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and safety procedures.
• Manage production schedules to meet client requirements with the highest quality standards.
• Supervise and train teams, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow across all shifts.
• Coordinate resources (staff, equipment, materials) to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure concrete quality, monitor customer feedback, and resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and sales teams to support seamless operations and client service.
• Lead with strong planning, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in the Ready Mix Concrete industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to drive performance.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications and strong attention to detail.
• Very good command of English.
