Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Commercial Leasing Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing leasing agreements, liaising with tenants and property owners, and ensuring compliance with leasing regulations. The role involves preparing lease documents, negotiating contract terms, analyzing market trends, and addressing tenant concerns. Collaboration with other departments and maintaining accurate records will also be part of day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in contract negotiation, lease preparation, and tenant relations
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and competency in record management
• Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and apply strategic leasing practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• A background in real estate or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
