Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Freight Operations Manager. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of freight logistics, managing a team to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments, establishing operational improvement plans, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Freight Operations Manager will also ensure compliance with industry regulations and lead efforts to optimize processes and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and freight transportation, including knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations.
• Proficiency in operational planning, team management, and process optimization.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in managing compliance with international and local shipping regulations.
• Proficiency with logistics software and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in freight operations management is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are considered a plus.
